Transition ND (Web-based App)

This web-based app is for high-school aged students with disabilities with an IEP. An IEP (Individualized Education Program) details your special education services. After completing a brief 10 minute survey, the site produces an individualized 'Draft Transition Plan', based on your answers. This site is intended to serve as a guide to North Dakota students, parents and educators on transition planning based upon requirements of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and North Dakota state law. This site was designed by North Dakota Protection & Advocacy Project (NDP&A).
